We have in house laboratory equipped with latest technology which helps syndicate to provide homogeneous products to the customer and in maintaining the quality of CCR Rods . To maintain the quality of rods, we have installed oxygen analytical machines that help experts in understanding and controlling the microstructural and chemical changes. Oxygen analytical machinery helps syndicate in investigating the effect of phase precipitation, trace elements concentrations or grain boundaries on rods which makes rods superior to other rods.

Syndicate has also installed optical emission spectrometer [OES] analyzer , that keeps a detailed eye on the raw material and ensure the quality of raw material remains uniform and high.

By focusing on the quality of rods , we can ensure homogeneous structure which results in high durability of rods and thus can easily be drawn to an ultra fine wire at high yield rate . For quality control some different tests are performed by Engineers to ensure the quality of products. This makes the product suitable for transformer strips, magnet wires, house wires, power cable and many more.
